When the subject of a painting becomes a “symbol” rather than a landscape, it is a symbol, and the space itself disappears, the background itself disappears, and the area around the symbol becomes a mere “ground without space. The state in which objects of different dimensions arise from the symbolic sign is a state derived from the symbol, and if we seek art of the highest purity, we must illustrate the structure itself in an easy-to-understand manner as an artistic representation. However, this does not simply indicate this structure itself, but the logic that arises when the mechanism of painting is unraveled, and therefore the light, texture, fluidity, etc. unique to oil painting must also be considered.


象徴と派生（具象）

絵画において対象がある一つの風景ではなく、対象が「象徴」となったとき、それは記号であり、空間自体が消滅して背景自体も消滅し、記号の周囲は単なる「空間を持たない地」となる。またその象徴なる記号を出発として異なる次元の対象が生じた状態は、象徴から派生した状態であり、非常に純度の高い芸術を求めるのであれば、その構造自体を分かりやすい状態で、芸術表象として図示していかなければならない。しかしこれは単純なこの構造自体を示しているわけではなく、絵画の仕組みを紐解いたときに生じる理屈であることから、油彩特有の光、質感、流動性なども考慮しなければならない。
